Klaudia Scibior Psychotherapy

"It is not who you are that holds you back.
I am a therapist working in the modality called Process Oriented Psychology that combines the approaches of Jung's analytical psychotherapy, Gestalt psychotherapy, Carl Rogers Person Oriented Psychotherapy, systemic therapy and communication theory.
About Me
I am a psychotherapist in training who also draws on neurobiological and cultural perspectives in my work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Neuroscience (specialising in Psychiatric Genetics) from King’s College London, and I also studied Psychology at the University of Warsaw. I completed training in the Fundamentals of Psychotherapy at Birkbeck, University of London, and I am currently undergoing psychotherapy training at the Institute of Process Psychology.
I continuously develop my skills through clinical practice, workshops, and regular supervision.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I lived in the UK for 13 years, where I worked for several years as a market analyst, advising clients across the pharmaceutical, lifestyle, and media sectors. This experience allows me to deeply understand the realities of working in large organisations, as well as the challenges of living and working abroad.

In my work, I often meet people who appear to be functioning well on the outside, yet internally feel tense, overwhelmed, or sense that something isn’t quite right.
I feel particularly drawn to working with people who:
-
experience stress, performance pressure, burnout, or tendencies toward workaholism
-
work in international or high-demand professional environments
-
live abroad or navigate life between cultures
-
are in intercultural relationships (e.g. with a partner from a different country)
-
struggle with a sense of not fully belonging
I also work with individuals who:
-
experience difficulties in relationships (romantic, family, or professional)
-
struggle with low mood, anxiety, or depressive symptoms
-
are going through grief and the loss of a loved one
-
have difficulties with concentration and attention regulation or suspect ADHD
-
want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and behavioural patterns

Together, we can look at your everyday difficulties, identify things that hold you back or weigh you down, bring to light the underlying beliefs that influence your experiences and uncover new ways of being and relating to yourself. I'm dedicated to helping people find more clarity, resilience, and ease in their lives.
